story: its truly immersing and interesting and is the strongest part of the game
music: is very good improves the experience
chrcters there all pretty good and interesting but i found myself caring alot about the protagonist and i found him & the other chrcters to be relatable
overall short story with a great message and music overall a 5☆ for me

the music is good, the art is cozy and the gameplay is decent, the gameplay is somewhat similar to stardew valley on mobile, you have to click around in order to move. overall this is a 8/10, however the story isn't as good imo because :
it's hard to empathize with the main character when we barely know anything about his past story, like yes we know he used to live in the city, and how he suffered from flat-surfaced relationships ( as it's heavily hinted when he cleans his bookshelf, he shows hate towards the grinding culture books and he said how he lost himself from engaging too much with such books and ended up becoming a hypocrite) but really that's it. we don't know anything about his ex lovers, or how was his life in the city before he moved out, we never got a flashback scene to his past life, how's his relationship with his brother and parents, etc. and i don't want to say the story is bad because of this, I'm sure the devs put all their hearts into the story but because of how short the chapters are i will assume it's the reason we never got to know more of our main character.
it's been hinted that he nearly killed himself before and that's when his brother interfered and decided to help him move out to the town, but still why did he want to kill himself? what made him hesitate? how did his brother find out? what **exactly** happened, you fail to tell a story if you have a character that explains what happens, and that made it hard for me to show sympathy to the character.
all the characters feel very one dimensional, as in i can't explain or tell exactly what are their personality traits, and this stems from the fact other characters barely have any roles in the story, we never see the scenario from THEIR point of view, we only see it through the protagonist's eyes. and that disinterests me. also not to mention the fact each character has little to no lines and influence on the story ( looking at the main character's brother).
another thing that i want to point out, and call me illiterate if i missed something, is how the character interactions feel unnatural, this dude (mc) fill in love with a woman and even allowed her to move in with him before we even learn her name?? like please tell me if i missed something but did the authors just didn't name her and just sticked with calling her "the woman" in the story? if so then that just proves my point on how one dimensional the characters are, in fact, every character doesn't even have a name, all of them are called "my neighbor" "the neighbors girl" "the woman" "the old lady" etc and it feels like none of the characters have an actual identity. i don't know if the authors did this on purpose to give off a mysterious vibe to the game but really it just makes the character easy to forget.
but again, i still enjoyed the story nonetheless, but it's really hard to not overlook the lack of presentation in this game, when i get interested in a story then i would like to learn everything about it, nothing feels worse than getting hooked on a game just to discover the game doesn't have a lot to offer. i REALLY hope this gets a sequel where we learn more about the characters because i feel no one was done justice in the game, i would definitely play it.
overall i rate this game a 6.5/10, it's decent, i do recommend it if you like cozy pixel games, but other than the storyline there's not much to do.
