I just wanna give a small update.
Im still ALIVE, and Kicking and...
I AM A COLLEGE STUDENT NOW. (First Year)
Early days last year, I have decided that I should probably focus on my studies and lessen my screen time (especially to games) because of this looming college life (sigh). If I'd comment on this decision I would probably rate it 6/10. Well~ it did boosted my Acads work from 60%-70% best but in exchange, my stress level rose.
Based from my readings, we have different stress relievers, but I just realized that mine is from what so called "distracting" games which is the term my mom would use to describe. But still I cannot really advice to install lots of these distracting games from our phones or PCs, and what's important is that we really need to eradicate some. It is simple but it's hard.
I'll just tell you one thing...
