Wuthering Waves is the second game from Kurogames, their take on the now mainstream genre of open world and dare I say, it was fine.
From launch, I had no problems playing the game, perhaps I am just lucky enough to not encounter any bugs.
The world of WuWa since launch is quite big, by big I meant it's like the size of Sumeru for GI. I see a recurring theme of ruined cities scattered across the maps which gives it a somewhat dystopian feel. +I play in Medium graphics and it looks alright.
Exploration has been a breeze for me, from endless sprinting to wall running, the addition of many movement skills from echoes and the grapple function. Plus, the loot mappers which were quite useful and makes exploration far easier for a tight-scheduled person like me, it indicates the chests within the area of the Lootmapper!
The fighting aspect of this game reminds me of Bayonetta, DMC and games of that genre but it's more simplified to cater to general crowds. Parry when there's a golden circle, and dodge when there's none, simple enough right? No, it's quite challenging! A fun kind of challenging. )For the character designs, they were actually surprisingly good! Every characters have their own unique sets of combos, playstyle and mechanics! It's quite refreshing to see that every single one of the characters are viable for combat, soloing even!
Now comes the... irk. Personally, I find that the Radio or battlepass feature is practically the same as Genshin's which I think it's a blatant way of copying the system, e.g. every ten levels you'd get a Lustrous Tide which is reminiscent of 1 Acquaint fate/10 levels. I don't know if they were allowed to do this, I am just surprised nobody had pointed this out.
Overall, I think it's a good game to try if you're looking for some challenges. For the story... well, I'd let it simmer a bit more to judge it.

3.8전체적으로 마음에 드는 게임이다. 아직 시작한지 얼마 안되었지만 스토리는 초반에 많이 이상하다는 생각은 든다. 오역도 많고. 하지만 싸울 때 타격감이나 캐릭터의 캐릭터성 하나는 정말 마음에 든다. 피드백또한 빠르고 좋다. 이게 최대 장점. 스토리만 좀 재밌어지고 나머진 이대로만 갔으면 좋겠다. 찍먹이라도 추천^^[厲害]
