The graphics and in game models are not the best but it's easy on the eyes.
The Ui is quite overwhelming even though it has a sleek design, imo I think it's due to the size of the UIs. Furthermore, the missions specifically the Bingo ones are so annoying to navigate through, especially when it's the anniversary + a collab event, it's quite grueling to just go back and check, receive and check the tasks at hand again!

As for the combat, it's... alright, the vfx are quite underwhelming outside of Secret Skills(ultimates); the combat system reminded me of Fate Grand Order's.
Now for the currencies, damn is it hard to grind (without events such as anniversary), each story quests only gives five crystals, and how much do you need for one pull? 30! So you'll need to grind 60 STAGES to get a 10x pull (mission aside) . Be mindful, the only pity system in this game are the Bazaar points, which if accumulated to 200, you can exchange your desired character x1 (1 pull = 1 bazaar point so 200 pulls = 6000 crystals)

The growth system, oh, I dislike this one, it has far too many distinctions within it, with the skills enhancement needing its own mats, so as the 'ability unlock' and awakening. Guess what? 'Ability Unlock' is population locked, quite an ass move tbh! Thank you Bandai!
How do you increase population? By developing your small town, as it gradually grows, the more benefits you'll have.
In contrast to that, we have bonding, yes we have bond points in this game. By giving gifts to your favourite character you get 5 crystals for each bond level exceeded, and also you may get some 'requests' from characters whose bond level reaches the point where 'requests' are given (differs).
Overall, I am biased cuz Guy Crimson [Big Tiddy Man] (hence the high-ish rating) is in this game, but all of what I just said are unfiltered
