"The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom" is an anime action game, officially announced on Nintendo Direct in Sep 2022.
This game is a sequel of "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" released in 2017. The studio says Tears of the Kingdom will travel into the skies beyond Hyrule, to an expanded world among the clouds.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will see Link return to the vast lands of Hyrule – expanded massively as he's now able to explore islands in the sky. With new weapons, new dungeons, and a suite of mysterious new powers to wield.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom setting is building on the world we first explored in Breath of the Wild. Players will once again be able to venture across the vast lands of Hyrule, although you'll now have a more vertical playspace to contend with. The skies have opened up, with Link able to move between floating islands and dungeons.
Expected release on 12 May 2023 on Nintendo Switch.
Supported language to be confirmed.
This sequel continues the current map with a new floating island.
