They added so much content compared to its predecessors. It's not as simple as Manpuku Marche 1 and 2 which adds a layer of challenge. You get to visit and sell food in several places which are marked in the map. Gathering ingredients isn't as simple as before since you would need to travel to specific locations in the game.

This is the newest installment so there isn't an English guide. However if you search まんぷくマルシェ3レシピ (Manpuku Marche 3 recipe), you'd get several Japanese game guide sites that list the recipes. Google Translate is your friend if you aren't well-versed in Japanese. There's a lot of content for you to discover so play this game if you can!
