太鼓の達人 RHYTHM CONNECT 評価

It's rather simple to understand and for me who played T-Aiko a lot, the real thing is cooler. Customizing your little Avatar Drum is cute too.
Only little downside is the play system. There's no AP but for the songs. But for those that aren't on the main page, you'll need tickets to play 'em.
Free songs are "free" but after a certain amount your gain is reduced to 20% or watch an ad for 10 more "free" plays.
Some more mainstream songs on here and we're golden.

edit: Unfortunately, the constant ads make it really hard to want to play nowadays...

Been playing Taiko for about 1.5 year on console and arcade, and have also been playing on mobile on-and-off on simulators, so having an official Taiko mobile game is pretty cool when travelling and stuff.
Gameplay: Gameplay is very responsive and plays well, though there are some major differences with this and the arcade/ console versions.
1) It plays solely with a vertical aspect ratio, which can look and play weird for some people, but personally i like it better that way due to small hands and big phone. I also love the animations backgrounds that are shown during playing and like it alot more than the standard 5 dancers.
2) Timing is WAYYY more lentient than arcade/ console. i managed to full combo some 9☆'s first try that i havent yet on Rhythm Festival, some i still haven't after 30+ tries. There's no option to switch to arcade timing either.
3) Score system is different. Instead of building scores solely from skill and combos, the game also uses score boosters for ranking
4) Playing songs are limited to tickets and unlocks. Oni can only be played by doing hard first. Everytime you get to the homescreen, 5 songs are randomly selected from a big pool to play for free, while the non-chosen songs must be played with a ticket. Tickets are easily obtained with missions or watching ads.
Pricing: Compared to other Taiko games and Taiko+, Rhythm Connect is pretty overpriced. A 3-month pass in Rhythm Festival grants access to 500+ songs and costs only €10. Here, it costs €22 and only offers no ads and some features that fasten the game process but don't contribute to the core gameplay
Value: This is a great option for people who don't have an Taiko arcade machine nearby and/ or can't afford a console but still want to try the game out legitimately. It should be noted that this game is moreso for casual players, and thus not for people who play more seriously and want to improve their skills.
Overall, this is a very good mobile version and a giant stepup from Taiko+. While this serves as a very great introduction to Taiko no Tatsujin, its rather ehh for veterans. Its still has a much better implementation than most arcade-to-mobile ports like IIDX UM, and I'm very eager to see how it further processes once it exits beta

I love Taiko, but at least let us play Oni regularly. Hiding a difficulty behind a clear requirement is bullshit.
edit: It's gotten worse. They've added ads to the end of every song.

Its actually super fun but the gameplay was hard to understand at first (A small note: i never played this game before) but after some moment i understand it. There's touhou, some jpop groups and vocaloid songs oh also some anime openings in it.

Gameplay is pretty good, though since it's a vertical game you don't get to see as much as you would in drum n fun, but it's pretty good!
The sound quality is good; idk what else to say
It's a free2play, with ads after every song (and you can watch ads to earn rewards). I think this is reasonable, as each song lasts a couple of minutes and it's not like those mobile games that bombard you with ads. It's pretty solid overall.
