go buy controller from dao's, yuancon's or even official nemesys one
it same with sdvx mobile too
with that out of the way, this app is so solid on my Oneplus 6. I love that you get so much included for free, even some old favorites! I'm getting used to the touch controls, theres a good sweet spot around level 5 where you can jam without much frustration.
my biggest observation that doesnt effect gameplay: if you switch between apps while this is open, the sound will crash and youll need to restart. but this wont be a problem mostly since you wouldnt wanna multitask and it reopens very quickly.
my dreams: connecting my pro usb controller through OTG (i know its possible), and having the ability to buy a subscription. i want to play it all!!!
Long Review: This game is based on the beatmania IIDX series which started out on console and Arcades and now exclusively on Arcades. The game itself utilizes 7 rectangle keys and a turntable to control. Which is a problem on Ultimate mobile.
You simply can't get into higher difficulties on a touch screen. 1s to 7s are possible but not a great experience. And IIDX being a very strict timed game. They crammed Arcade charts into this game and konmai expects you to buy their official controller which is utter bs and not worth it, You're better off buying a DAO or Yuan controller if they ever add support for UM.
Bottom Line, IIDX UM is good, no bugs whatsoever, but without a controller you're only get 1/10th of the experience
la suscripción se cobra, pero el music player sigue deshabilitado.
si alguien me puede ayudar con esto lo agradecería mucho
however the arcade version still is the best to play :D
(EXAMPLE: The number in the "BLUE METAL" font is a bit 'condensed' and a bit smaller compared to the 'GREAT' text.)
2) Customization items are not updated, compared to the arcade version.
(Bombs/Explosions are only until tricoro.
Fonts are only until CANNONBALLERS/"segment".
Key beams are only the ones with the simple colored ones...? No "lightning" beam up to recent is not in the game.
Lane covers are probably until BISTROVER VERSION only.
You can't even change the size of the bombs, but at least the background ui can be changed with the same items you use to customize your lane covers.)
3) Sometimes, swiping for TAP charts don't work. (Probably because I didn't swipe fast enough) (But then some charts have a lot of dense(?) scratch notes to swipe.)
4) The frame could've been wider in landscape mode in order to tap some notes properly, especially if the chart includes white/gray and blue notes close together needed to be tapped at the same time.
I dont know how much you to be crazy to shot in yourself knee and get used to it.
It has potential and actually INFINITAS irrevelant product for such subscription price but still. Just bring keyboard support to the game, dont be ridicilous
I would like to see button mapping in a new update, but other than that this game keeps me coming back. The sound track is a collection of some of the best songs I've ever heard. If you like to dj and you have a nice tablet, I would recommend this game to everyone.
Beatmania IIDX Ultimate Mobile is a mobile version of the Arcade (or Console depending on where you came from) version of Beatmania IIDX. For what it is, the game is solid. Sometimes.
Konami being Konami, they didn't take any time to make mobile-friendly charts for any of the songs at all, and just crammed whatever arcade charts were already there and went with it. On a touchscreen it's pretty... Okay, but that's not the intended way they want you to play. They want you to buy their official Beatmania IIDX controller, which is overpriced. Sure you can use it for INFINITAS if you want to get into that, but otherwise, it's a dealbreaker.
If you're gonna get this, play it for the lower charts.
