A really fun Battle royale and Final Fantasy theme is always a nice one to have. I like that it's a little different than your standard BR.
Reason I didn't review full marks is because of so many bots and slow matchmaking.

Le jeu n'est pas approprié pour les grands ecrans, ca fait qu'on se retrouve avec un jeu en petit avec des barres noires sur les coté. Médiocre. De plus les 75 de ping en serveur europe. Sans parler des controles extrement brouillon. Encore un jeu pas fini en 2021.
Definitely needs some improvements, and better gameplay Monsters are broken, that needs to be changed too haha. But if you like FF and all it's not a bad br.

I only recently started playing online battle royale type games, so maybe its because I dont have much of a frame of reference, but Ive had a much better time with this game than I would have guessed. My only complaint is that the micro transactions arent nearly micro enough, but, there's enough content that even playing casually shouls get you some cool stuff.

i love this game, and I'm pissed they ended it. it was the first battle royal style final fantasy game ive seen and it was super fun.

graphic is okay, but control is soo rigid, you cant hover when shooting except by moving your character, but the addition of summon and magic is good, they do try to bring something new
I've only played for two days but I can see why people hate it.
First of all, I like the game. It's different in a sense that you have magic as additional skills, it can really change the flow of gameplay if executed perfectly.
The game really needs tons of optimizations. When I downloaded and played the game, it defaulted its graphical settings to everything high. It can handle it but there are a lot frame drops. Lowering the graphical settings to low and frame rate to medium doesn't help.
Camera movements need work. It is just so sensitive. Lowering does little to no help in fixing it.
Character movement feels clunky.
And this is probably just me but somehow the map just feels HUGE. And not in a good way. It feels like it takes a long time to go from Point A to Point B. It takes some time before you could meet another player or probably none at all before you could even finish a session. CoDM also has a huge Battle Royale map but somehow it doesn't feel like it. In the 15-20 minutes that I played in CoDM BR, I could already have 10+ kills. Whereas in FFVIIFS, in the same amount of time, I could only get 5.
Overall, the game still needs a lot of fixes. It has potential to be great cause of the addition of using Materia to your advantage, it really just feels different from any of the BR games out there, well not that I know of any other BR that has this same mechanic.
