Pretty helpful for artist, who looking for inspiratiin to draw or run out ideas. Also this can be nice way to just spend your free te, creating something interesting. Don't recommend for "usual activity", bc it would became boring after some time. But, if u do it unregular or, when u are looking for creating some creatures - obviously, YES
