Notice regarding service termination and refunds
The service for QooApp’s version of Rick G Earth (りっく☆じあ～す) is coming to an end. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the continued support and love for the game over the years!
QooApp’s version of Rick G Earth will officially end service on 4th September 2019.
Server Termination Schedule:
■ Termination of in-game purchase:
3rd July 2019 11:00GMT +8
■ Unused premium currency refund period:
3rd July 2019 11:00 GMT +8 - 4th September 2019 11:00 GMT +8
■ Service Termination:
4th September 2019 11:00 GMT +8
■ Refund Details
During the refund period, players will be able to refund unused premium currencies purchased from 1st January 2019 until 3rd July 2019 may be refunded.
※Only paid premium currencies can be refunded. Premium currencies given from rewards can not be refunded.
※To check your balance, go to the Shop (購買) ⇒ Tap “司令官名下的所持有陸貨表示” at the bottom right corner and your balance will be shown.

- The schedule above is subjected to changes
- Refund is only available to players on QooApp’s version of Rick G Earth
- Refund is only applicable to premium currencies obtained via in-app purchases
- 40% of the original cost will be deducted as necessary costs for refunds
- Handling fees and operational fees will be borne by applicant
- If for any reason you miss the refund period, you will not be able to refund unused purchases
- Refund process may take up to half a month depending on the refund method.
- Uninstalling the game will wipe all user data, please refrain from uninstalling the game until refund process is complete
- An email will be sent from mr.@qoo-app.com to confirm refund process and details. Please ensure that this email address is disable any anti-spam settings to prevent the email being treated as spam.
- Refund will not proceed if any Terms of Use is violated
