It does imply so in the description, but this is a managing game and not one of those catering style cafe/restaurant games. You don't sit people down and get their orders and make them and give it to them. Instead, most of it is pulling to get new menu items, waiting to get enough points as the cafe runs itself to update your items/uniforms etc., dialogues, and the cloud delivery which is a tab-to-gain-height style mini game.
As for the downsides it was too challenge-free for me to enjoy especially since most things were luck-based and even the waiting time was as short as 5 minutes for pulls and you get the tickets 🎟 very easily. This should be a good thing since this an idle game and even the ads don't interrupt the gameplay and instead play as you're already getting your reward, but instead it made me feel too busy since I had to do something every second or I'd be missing out on upgrading or pulling.
I do have to say that I played this for about 40 minutes only and that maybe the game gets better after you're past the beginning stages, but I decided it was too much work and investment for an idle game.
Overall, it was very cute and probably much easier to play if you know Japanese and are familiar with this style of management and pulling and upgrading games.
