I've played Cytus before and damn did I get frustrated all the time because everytime you get a combo, the combo words and number will just appear in the middle of the screen and just distract me from everything or maybe I just lose focus too easily.

But anyways, Cytus II is amazing. No combo words and number that intrudes into the screen. Perfect.

The songs are really really nice. Secret weapon ftw. And more songs can be unlocked by playing more songs so you really can't choose favourites.

Definitely my type of rhythm game out of all the ones I've played so far. [開心]

My favorite rhythm game so far. The art style, story, music and gameplay, it's all great. Has in-app purchases, but the base game already have a ton of music/songs. NEKO#ΦωΦ

A true successor to the original masterpiece. There's a capso gacha system for FX, skins and charts which honestly really upped the value for me when the update arrived as it gives more leeway for personal customization. Execution of storyline was near perfect and early on, it's really up to the player's speculations as to what actually transpired. It's a very realistic simulation of social media and how comments can heavily influence your opinions on topics of interest. Gameplay is still as exciting as always, with improved visual effects, cleaner interface and a new swipe action from the original.
