I'm been a DOOM fan since I waa a teeny weeny kiddo who was afraid to play the 1995 version, but thanks to my dad I'd watch him play and I got the hang of it eventually playing the original games and some modded versions on PC which was fun and hardcore experience.
This game is a compact and cartoony version, but the action and gameplay is as fast paced and gory as ever. The ost are also remixes of the originals and I just love every bit of it. There isn't a story per say, but isn't it obvious? Kill all the demons and and spare not a single one lol.
The game is a rinse and repeat action shooter. It is grindy and resources are pretty sparce for f2p, but with some patience and playing stages you will eventually get some cool weapon variations and go ham haha!
I would say the game is very entertaining if you want that adrenaline rush and to pass some time. Enjoy!
