Epic Seven has some of the best art Ive ever seen from gacha games. But it has major problems that hinders players from progressing during endgame. The biggest problem in this game is RNG. Of course RNG in games are normal, but Epic Seven RNG takes things to another level. Evasion, 15% to resist, Crit chance, Counter, Effect proc chance all determine the outcome of a battle. And we havent even gotten to the gacha RNG yet. There are 4 types of hits in this game, those being normal hit, crushing hit, miss, and crit. If your character has less than 100% crit chance you might miss the crit, resulting in significantly less damage. Heroes with evasion have a chance to evade, which allows them to take the least amount of damage possible. Crushing hit deals the most damage, a 30% increase. Why these types of hits are so important is because they can decide whether or not a hero survives a hit and take a turn. If a hero survives the enemy's attack and take a turn, the entire battle can turn to one player's favor. My point is this entire game is a gamble. Resources are scarce. To get a guaranteed moonlight hero(best type of hero) you need to spend $720. not exactly friendly to spenders. Gear grinding is another major problem. You need to spend a lot of time doing hunts to grind for gear. If you dont get lucky you can spend your entire life grinding and not get anything good. There is no "pity" for good gear. What happens after getting good gear? You roll for substats. A perfect piece of gear can be ruined by low rolls caused by RNG, meaning those 2 months of grinding just went to waste. Not to mention powercreep is happening now. Many heroes are getting insane buffs leaving older heroes to be nowhere near as good as buffed heroes. There is nothing in this game that is unaffected by RNG. Do not play this if you are planning play casual. A game that looks beautiful on the exterior, but ugly on the interior. Don't play Epic Seven, look for a different gacha game.

1.0Been playing here and there since launch, game has some good points but the bad stuff is just to much that it comes creeping out every time I try to come back to this game. First, is the gacha, this game has the worst gacha system ever! They fixed some of the problems with it at the start, but the rates are still so low that you will be very lucky if you ever get anything good from it. ML and Limited units are everyting in this game, dont trust anyone saying that you can get by with the crappy 3* to 4*, sure, some of them are useful but only when paired with the OP units. ML and Mystic gacha is basically pay to win and the worst thing is that even if you whale you might not get what you want unless you spend thousands of dollars. Which brings another problem, the game devs are soooo greeedy, which makes every package in the store a joke. Then there's the RNG, everyting in this game is made to screw you over with RNG mechanics, might not feel bad at first but once you played enough you will start to burn out of how bad the range is on everyting. Once you realize that the only thing you do in this game is leaving your cellphone all day auto farming it will hit you, theres no meaningful content in this game. Things will turn into a chore once you start reaching endgame. In my honest opinion, try the game if you like anime and stuff, but my advice is not to get too attached to the game since it will chew you up alive, spit you and chew you up again untill you cant go anymore, and for the love of all that is holy, dont spend money in this game!! I honestly dont know why would anyone would spend money in the game packages when they offer a bunch of crap for all the money you are spending. If you can, stay away from this game.
