Game is pretty basic, but does things well. Navigation is somewhat confusing if you cant read Japanese, but is still tolerable. Theres a lot of dialogue that's also entirely in Japanese, but gameplay is still enojyable without it, and you can just skip through them. The only main issue is that it has the tendency to lag if there's multiple tasks running in the background or you're using lower end hardware. There was an update released recently that may fix this issue, but it has only been relased on iOS as of now, so I can't know for sure. Overall, if you like other idol mobile games, you should enjoy this one as well.
I love beatcats so I'm happy to see their mobile game come out!! I haven't experienced any glitches so thats a definite plus for a game so early in its life. The art style is super cute and simple, so it's perfect for a pick up and play game like this IMO <3 The songs are all good and are split into different parts to make the beatmaps more manageable and squeeze more content out of their small discography. I took off a point for sound because for some reason this game is much much louder than anything I've ever installed and I only have all 3 volumes at 5 out of 10? I can't comment on the storyline as I don't read japanese well enough to follow everything.
I'd definitely recommend this if you want to play a simple rhythm game with a few extra mini games included! Stan Beatcats <3
