Its basically president the card game.
Its online and has all the basic gacha elements. I wasn't too interested in waiting a long time for players (maybe a time zone thing with japanese players sleeping), so played against bots. If this is the kind of card game you want to play with a tiny bit of waifus and gacha elements. This is perfect for you, otherwise nothing spectacular and pretty niche.... unless you're actually looking for this kind of game.
