There are several One Piece games with this formula that create several servers and milk the IP with stolen assets. The fact that QooApp is associating with a game like this is sad. Be careful if you plan to put money into these trap games because they often "disappear" and then show up with different names and the same gameplay.
Gameplay wise it is a boring idle game that does not do One Piece justice, locks your progress unless you buy more refreshes and VIP levels and the gacha in it is manipulated (with some "rates" showing). If you pull a 5-star, it can be a 3-star ascended to 5-star fodder lol As ridiculous as it sounds, if you want a quality One Piece P2W whale fest of a game, just pick any other OFFICIAL Bandai One Piece games.
