Also idk why people say the gacha is bad, haven't they play those pityless gacha games?? Now THAT's bad. I played llsif and I got my first UR only after 1 year playing 🤷♀️ (and it's an old card that have bad stats, lmao). This game? Got abysswalker within a week. Hardly 3 months playing and I can almost make a full team with all 5* Rafayel (if they didn't keep on giving me specifically the blossoms card to the point it's max ranked and giving me gold dusts). Just saved your gems and picked one main LI and the cards/banners wisely.
Like, seriously, don't expect for yourself to be able to get every single card in the game (unless if you're willing to pay), bc you're only going to get disappointed. Focused on the events and stuff that you can grind slowly but surely, save gems until it's guaranteed to hit pity and get the cards you want, and don't take risks you're not ready to take.
I mean, I also haven't got any heartfelt Rafayel cards yet they keep on giving Xavier's and Zayne's, so what did I do? Well, just wait until it finally comes. It's not like there's anything else that can be done.
I'm not saying the game doesn't have a bad point, but the gachas definitely not it. Sure, it requires a lot of gems, but as long as there's a guarantee you can prepare for it.
(🖕 to the customer service though, very unhelpful bunch. Also the translations can be wonky. Aaaand bugs here and there. Also it seems they forgot to add things sometimes. Like, Phantom of The Siren's Rafayel voicelines not added yet to the collection list. And the text on favorite voicelines scrolls too slow that the voice ended first before the text, making it impossible to read the end.)
