◇ What I love a lot about this game is that it does not have any of the predatory business practices I see in so many new otome games. It is actually one of the best! You can read the story to your hearts content, and while there are battles (makes use of a gacha system), I have yet to be stuck on any of them. Raising the cards is pretty easy unlike some otome games (Looking at you, Obey Me...). I have one single SSR and am already on the 3rd boys route. Theres no "pay this many gems to give the good answer/go this route!" etc. (I hate that stuff lol).
◇ I wanted to put that paragraph up there because I feel like it is so important to support companies that are f2p friendly. Especially otome games because the whole reason we are there is to experience the story. I have come across a handful of games that make you watch a ton of ads for like 3 lines of dialogue in the story. This game does NOT do that and I LOVE it.
(Idk if you can tell but I am scarred by Magia Record EN closing down so I am desperate for this one to stay alive asdfg;;)
Pros:
♡ As mentioned above, you can actually read and progress through the story without any annoying real-money-required schemes (and no ads!)
♡ There are ROUTES IN THIS GAME! Each boy has their own dedicated route, so no more searching for crumbs of your fav boy in an all-encompassing general story. (There is a prologue you must get through, then it branches off)
♡ The story itself is super interesting. I actually went into this game 100% blind and was pleasantly surprised. I have been playing nonstop since I downloaded it.
♡ Fun side stuff to do! There are quite a bit of fun/optional side activities to do.
♡ Wonderful art!!! And the Live2D looks amazing, too.
♡ Sukuna's (from JJK) VA is Lars in this game. It is amazing and I am not even a Sukuna stan lol. His character archetype in game is that of a king, too!
♡ Fully voiced everything. From main story, to side stuff, to video calls, etc.
♡ Easy to raise/level gacha cards and easy to understand battle system.
♡ There is a fun little theatre/puppet mode where you can make your own short videos and put them up for other players to see.
♡ This game reminds me more of a traditional otome game (rather than a gacha game) and I love it. It is so fun!
Cons:
♡ Bro idk I love this game. I can't even think of a con right now. Give this game a try!!
