Ifvanyone still having trouble with their timers.
4hrs is NORMAL. as they are a high rarity.
bottles below, shorten it for 10-50 plus minuets.
first image, it will fully restore stamina to maximum.
2nd image:
shortens timer by 10 min
shortens timer by 50 min
Ive yet to use the last one, but i believe it partly completes the timer by half. Read Note
