co op problem

Ascend level requirements?
I'd like to ask which level per rarity to be able to ascend a character. Since the game doesn't specify when it says required level isn't met.
I only know for 1* needs lvl 15 to 2*
Should I go max level everytime I try to ascend? They should specify 'max level' instead so I won't try getting inside ascend page with unmaxed characters.
Leveling them up took so much time too. Read Note
