For people still experiencing login issues
I've written about it in a reply to another note but decided to post it separately for more visibility.
After I accidentally downloaded an update from qooapp, I started having the same issue. However, I also had a jp google account. It seemed to download some additional files from google play store for a couple of days, and after 6-7 days of trying to get in and getting stuck, the game actually loaded up.
In the meantime, I tried to login every day, and sometimes had a play store notification along the lines of "downloading additional game files for ゆめくろ".
upd. According to others, jp acc is not necessary, just having a google play account is enough. Read Note
