update : i actually reached out to customer support via the inquiry page and they informed me that it happened because my clock was not set to the jp timezone, and that it's now been fixed !
i'm not sure if it's a bug, but my tickets seem to be perpetually staying at 0 even though it's not the number that is on my " NAME & ITEM " section? it's been like this for a few days and i didn't get any new tickets, so that made me think this was a bug. anyone got any ideas? Read Note
