review ig
since i downloaded the game from bili bili, i can't really do a normal review on the game (i would have to install it,,, again.) ive decided to make a note review, and tbh, i'm really liking the game.
graphics: the game doesn't really have the most impressive graphics (it's a chibi game) but due to how the gameplay is like, i don't really mind honestly. the art is really good, as well as the l2d models (although some of the movements the models do are kinda weird)
gameplay: this is where things get intresting, the game has 8 chapters currently, and each one has 5-6 stages. you'd think they would all just be one battle and you're done with the stage, but every stage has it's own unique maze (?) type map, with monsters, secret paths (indicated by a "..." speech bubble above your team leaders chibi) and forests with a specific path you have to go through, and lots of other puzzles and minigames that make the whole path for one stage less boring to go through. if you end up missing a secret path or a puzzle that unlocks a secret path, you want have a 100% score for the stage, and you'd have to go back to be able to get 10 gacha tickets (dunno the name they go by currently, and you get 4 tickets when you're halfway through, you get the other six when you complete the chapter w/ all 100%) this has to be my favorite part of the game, even tho some of the puzzles and stuff can be quite annoying at times (especially when going back to a stage to get 100%) it makes things less boring.
story: idk chinese so yeah
gacha/characters: there are two gacha pools for you to pull in, a memoir (im calling it memoirs bc they're like memoirs from revue, and idk the name of them) gacha, and a character gacha. characters are the highest thing you can pull from the gacha, you can also get characters by getting 20 shards of the character, after you unlock a character, you can use extra shards to increase their stars, for some of the starter characters you get, they give you free shards when you complete missions. memoirs are what you use to make the characters stronger, they're useful like mid chapter 2 and beyond. both characters and memoirs cannot be leveled up beyond your level.
other things about the game: they have this whole town thing that you can acces and read stories and stuff from, based on the weather in china, it could be night, or day, when it's daytime or nighttime in china, it could also thunder and all that.
there's a lot more abt the game i would talk about, but that would be too much to read ^^ overall the game is pretty generous, you get 2 characters from logging in for 7 days, gems are pretty easy to get, and the stages are intresting, and aren't boring. is it worth spending money on? that's on yall, whoever decides to read this (but then again you probably won't be able to spend money unless you live in china bc of all the complicated stuff they did w/games.)
