Another Bethesda attempt to make more money but I think I like the game. TL;DR a good Fallout series for mobile, keeps me entertained for a while. The pvp looks like it is P2W since you can buy SSR char if you have money to spend. Oh this game also has Gacha ;))
Graphics: similar with Fallout Shelter (not the online version). The character cards artwork is really nice though (and animated). Somehow they make the men beefy and the woman looks pretty. For people who played original fallout series (1, 2, 3, NV, 4) they might get surprised.
Sound: this game sound is quite similar with original Shelter as they might re used the same data. Never really bother about it.
Gameplay: this is a gacha, character collecting, micromanaging, semi autos type of game. The game itself is how you manage your Vault as an Overseer. You can expand your Vault, gather resources and recruit wastelanders to be your dweller. The game auto features is when you battle, outside of it you have to micromanage yourself. And yes, you can progress lots easier if you have SSR character. It depends on your luck or your wallet.
WARNING: If you NEVER and plan to play Fallout series, some of the character profile in this game will give you MAJOR spoilers.
Storyline: never really care about it. To put it simply you are an Overseer of the Vault. Previous Overseer handed his position to you but went missing while taking the energy core of some kind, which will doom you Vault. And now, you are tracking him down. The area setting that they use is Fallout 4 world (Boston).
Value: this is might not be everyone cup of coffee. Those who haven't play original Fallout Shelter might take time to learn on how to play. Once you get a hang of it, it is quite fun. Lots of micromanaging to do. Overall it is a solid good game for mobile.

Game is good but the gameplay can get really choppy. It is probably just poor optimization on the games part as i am able to play more graphic intensive games perfectly fine
Really fun game, much better than it's predecessor Fallout Shelter.
I have not and don't plan on playing pvp at all, so I just ignore that function.
Since I played Fallout 3, New Vegas & 4 the storyline seems like a slightly mess with characters from all those games. Still great time killer though! 
Waaaay better than fallout shelter wish they had the protagonists and charon plz add them <3 .

i cannot launch the game. it goes straight to a black screen. it worked fine before the update.

lots of grinding and micromangement for good equipment, you can play F2P dont have to force all your money into the game to get good stuff

it is a great game but sometimes it just doesnt let me log on and doesnt respond unless i reinstall it which is annoying. If it doesnt get fixed i may end up having to give up on this game sadly

edit : this day, 17 october, still impossible to play. still black screen. i think i'm gonna uninstall forever.
Much better than Fallout Shelter... same game concepts just more contents and information if you know what I mean

I appreciate being able to play the sequel to one of my favorite mobile games, nothing seems to be detrimentally wrong or hard to work around, only thing I noted was Dogmeat's jaw looking weird as it was a layer over his head but that's the only graphical error I could notice

ГАЙД ДЛЯ ТЕХ, У КОГО ЛАГАЕТ ТУТОРИАЛ. (не точно) NEKOPARA
всем привет, в течении нескольких дней застревала на одном моменте в туториале, увидела, что у многих точно такая же проблема. (нажатие на иконку, после чего вечность идет загрузочный экран).
сегодня решила переустановить игру с небольшой последовательностью и СЛАВА БОГУ, игра начала подавать признаки жизни .
‼️ВНИМАНИЕ! Я ТОЧНО НЕ УВЕРЕНА, ПОМОЖЕТ ЛИ ЭТО КОМУ-ТО КРОМЕ МЕНЯ. ТЕМ НЕ МЕНЕЕ ОЧЕНЬ ХОЧУ ПОДЕЛИТЬСЯ СВОИМ ОПЫТОМ ДЛЯ БЕДАЛАГ КАК Я.‼️
1. Саму установку приложения и непосредственно скачивания я проводила с помощью VPN. Я не думаю, что регион играет большую роль, но конкретно у меня стояла Испания.
2. После установки игры оставляем ЯПОНСКИЙ язык. (на английский можно переключиться позже)
❗️Важно: непосредственно сама загрузка данных (их 2) и туториал должен проходиться на японскои языке, не на английском.
3. Игра остаётся багованой, поэтому не переживаем, если установка прекращается из-за неполадок с сетью. Просто нажимаем "повторить", пока не останется скачивать меньше 1100 мб. После этого перезаходим в игру и загрузка пойдет без всяких проблем.
4. Когда игра установлена, очень важно, чтобы вы НЕ ПРОПУСТИЛИ ни одной катсцены. Они довольно коротенькие и их можно пройти за 5 минут, но не в коем случае их не пропускайте. Также напомню, все должно быть на японском языке.
5. После катсцен начнется туториал, спокойно его проходим, на этот раз багов не возникает.
6. Как только туториал пройден начинается вторая загрузка, после ее окончания начинается основная игра. Проверяем, чтобы все работало. Перезаходим в игру и через меню меняем язык на английский. (Если во время геймплея возникают баги, советую вновь переключиться на японский язык).
‼️Важно‼️
Также заметила, что если во время загрузочного экрана "свернуть" приложение, или для тех у кого такая функция имеется "перейти в режим сна" - игра ломается. Поэтому настоятельно рекомендую спокойно дождаться загрузки игры без всяких махинаций.
В принципе это весь гайд. Хочу снова сказать, что я не УВЕРЕНА в том, что это поможет всем, но во время прохождения игры на английском и с пропуском катмцен игра ломалась очень быстро.
Также я проверила это на втором своем телефоне и там остается такая же проблема.
Игра не оптимизирована для большинства регионов, поэтому ВОЗМОЖНЫ проблемы с английском языком (по крайней мере в некоторых приложениях была такая проблема).
