因為我一直以來對遊戲有非常的熱忱，因為我很喜歡遊戲公司，我感覺到你們很努力，而且你們還很大方給玩家很多的禮物，所以我很信任你們，不過後來遊戲一直出現很多的狀況，比方説：
1.每次更新遊戲，公會都會有人出現狀況，回不到原本帳號繼續用原本的帳號繼續玩，一定要再找你們才能解決！你們知道要找同伴有多辛苦嗎？
2.然後遊戲裡面有很多問題，尤其每一次更新完，就開始速度變得很慢。
3.我一直有跟遊戲說，泰坦人工對我們手機版本很不公平，我不希望看到遊戲公司會把泰坦神器放在手遊，但是遊戲公司還是做了，這跟原本遊戲根本就會非常大的落差。
4.遊戲公司不只是增加了泰坦神器，就英雄皮膚也增加了5樣皮膚，但是寶石卻沒有降價，這樣我們要花多少的成本去繼續努力？感覺根本就是永遠補不滿的坑洞！
5.遊戲一直有幫忙代續的人在幫忙玩家買綠寶石，我覺得真的對我們這些，用原本價格買的人太不公平了呢？
6.你們客服支持一直出現要透過郵件才能聯繫你們，這樣不是在虧錢玩家的福利嗎？
這遊戲太多的問題我不想再繼續玩下去了，我沒有辦法在信任你們遊戲，而且這些問題都是你們本身的問題，我覺得我應該跟你們申請退款賠償！
